Federalist Society

Black circle with an orange silhouette and text that reads "Fed Soc Mercer Law"

The Mercer Law Chapter of the Federalist Society is the local branch of the national chapter and is made up of libertarians and conservatives who are interested in the current state of the legal order. We strive to bring interesting and unique speakers to campus to foster debate of important contemporary legal issues – particularly those relating to individual liberty, the separation of governmental powers, and economic freedom.

In the past, we have hosted discussions on issues including social media development and the law, environmental regulation, alcohol and drug regulation, and immigration with lunches second to none offered here at Mercer Law!
