The Mercer Scholarship and the Public Service Award paved the way for a nine-year career during which I ran my own firm in DC. Although I no longer practice, my degree provided invaluable insight during my medical training. Additionally, it equipped me with the advanced degree necessary for leadership and management in the medical field.
