On June 11, 2024, the Georgia Supreme Court approved Formal Advisory Opinion 22-1 regarding the propriety of non-Georgia lawyers practicing law remotely from Georgia.

- Inquiry Concerning Judge Robert Reeves (Supreme Court accepts Consent Agreement under which judge will not seek reelection and will receive a 30 day unpaid suspension and a public reprimand)
