Housing Opportunities
There is limited university-owned housing within easy walking distance of the law school. For further information, please contact the Mercer University Office of Residence Life at 478-301-2687. For a listing of apartment complexes within the Macon area you may access www.apartmentguide.com
As a service to new and continuing students, the law school maintains an online database of many privately owned housing options in Macon. You may access this database by going to the Law School Housing Portal. The listings are simply those that have been provided to the law school by the owners of the private housing options. Mercer Law’s inclusion of a housing opportunity on its on-line database should not be understood as any sort of recommendation or endorsement of that opportunity. Any user of the database has the full responsibility of investigating for him – or herself the adequacy of any listing that he or she is considering.
Live at Loft Properties and Prism 23 are Macon’s premiere Lofts housing for young professionals. Live at Lofts offers top of line finishings, concierge-style service, lifestyle events, and more. Prism 23 offers an off-campus community featuring luxury 1- and 2-bedroom apartments designed for the ideal student experience with fully furnished units, access to Mercer’s VPN, and located within walking distance to Mercer Law.
If you are an incoming first-year student and you would like to speak with a continuing student about housing options, please contact the Admissions Office and ask to be put in touch with one or more students who have volunteered to help new students in their housing search.
