April 2024

We appreciated the opportunity to renew friendships at our Annual Alumni Dinner held in Atlanta last month. We delighted in gathering to celebrate our award recipients and all of the terrific Mercer Lawyers who attended. This link shares photographs from the event. Please save the date of March 8, 2025 for next year’s dinner.

The Law Review is excited to announce the release of Articles Edition for Volume 75. The book celebrates several anniversaries: Mercer Law Review’s 75th, Mercer Law School’s 150th, and Macon’s Bicentennial. Be sure to read about the good work judges and attorneys are doing in their communities.

One new beginning is marked by the end of a journey. Our third-year law students are anticipating commencement and their post-graduation employment. The Class of 2024 was thrilled to see their composite placed on the walls of the Law School last week, when we were honored to announce this year’s commencement speaker, Ivy Cadle. They are eagerly counting down to commencement and contemplating life beyond law school.

An academic year of hard work has culminated in many honors, awards, and satisfaction. Speaking for the entire faculty and staff, we are so proud to share in our students’ successes.
