Tracy Jackson serves as the Registrar for the Law School. In this role, she’s responsible for the administration of course registration, maintains student records, oversees the processing and distribution of grades and supports faculty, staff and students to ensure adherence to ABA and University policies and procedures. She is committed to student success and while at Mercer University, has served on several committees to include: University Appeals Committee; Athletic Appeals Committee; secretary on Staff Council; a staff participant in the Minority Mentors meet and greet and National Pan Hellenic Council and Minority Mixer; Technology Committee and ex-officio on the Curriculum Committee.
Ms. Jackson first joined the Mercer community as a student in 2003 and an employee in 2012. A proud double bear, she earned her BA and MBA from Mercer University, having joined the Law School in 2017 and Senior Staff in the summer of 2018. Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, her family relocated to central GA in 2010, by way of Germany, compliments of the USAF. Both she and her husband are active members in their church, serving on the Finance Ministry, Communications Ministry as on air talents of the weekly news, Marriage Ministry leadership team and preparing for ordination while serving as deacons in training. She resides in Warner Robins with her husband, retired MSgt Jackson and two sons, the oldest, a senior of Mercer University’s class of 2019 and the youngest, a future MU bear, class of 2031.
