The Organization:

Our Purpose, Our Goal:

To make known and promote the principles of the Republican Party among members of the Mercer campus and community.
To aid in the election of Republican candidates at all levels of government.
To encourage and assist in the organization and active functioning of the Republican Party at state, local, and national levels.
To develop political skills and leadership abilities among Republican students for future service by them to the party and the community.
To not only to reach the Mercer Law Campus, but Republicans everywhere.

In Case You Didnt Know:

John McCain and Governor Sarah Palin have a comprehensive "All of the Above" Energy Plan to take America to energy independence and bring down gas prices. McCain and Governor Palin will turn to nuclear power, clean coal, solar and wind power, conservation, and offshore drilling to solve our energy crisis. John McCain and Sarah Palin have tremendous faith that America can become energy independent.

But that will take a President and Vice President who are willing to look at all the options on the table to solve our energy crisis. Senator Obama has expressed his opposition to offshore drilling, nuclear power, and host of other energy initiatives.

Governor Palin has an excellent record on energy issues in Alaska. In Alaska, Governor Palin has suspended the state gas tax. As governor, Sarah Palin has become a leading figure in the quest to bring America to the brink of energy independence. One of Governor Palins top priorities has been getting a huge natural gas pipeline built from Alaskas vast North Slope oilfields.
