Professor Moses’ 33-year law career has provided her with extensive experience in academia and the practice of law. She is admitted to practice in federal and state courts in Georgia, the District of Columbia, and New York, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court, and is a Georgia registered mediator and arbitrator. As a practicing lawyer, she has represented state, federal and local government agencies, small businesses, Fortune 500 corporations, and individuals in widely diverse issues, including constitutional, labor and employment, contract, education, domestic, personal injury, occupational health and safety, toxic torts, and transportation matters in federal and state trial and appellate courts, administrative agencies, and arbitration tribunals. In her academic career, she has taught thousands of law students at Albany Law School of Union University, North Carolina Central University, and John Marshall Law School, where her courses included civil procedure, professional responsibility, constitutional law, labor and employment law, commercial law, and legal skills, and she has lectured in these same areas in Continuing Legal Education courses. At Mercer, she is teaching Civil Lawsuits, Law of Lawyering, Statutory Law and Analysis and Appellate Advocacy.
