Our writing group will meet next Monday, November 9th at the usual time and place.  My plan is to discuss the schedule for the balance of the semester. This meeting will not take the entire hour.  See you then.

Our group will meet at 1:10 p.m. on Mondays beginning next Monday, August 31st.  (We will adjourn several minutes early to accommodate one of the group who has 2:15 p.m. meetings on Monday.)  We will meet in Seminar F, which is the small conference room across from the registrar's office.  For next Monday, bring a short passage from something you read this summer that you think is good writing (just like we did at our first meeting).  The other item of business is to discuss our options for projects this semester.  See you next Monday.

We will meet briefly on Tuesday, August 25 at noon at my office to agree upon a meeting time for our class session beginning in the second week of the semester.  Based on the responses I have received so far, it may be that we could meet at 1:10 on Mondays.  I'm open to other suggestions.
