Attention all students in Section 3! Versions B, C and D of assignment #3 have a typo in question 13 (Version A is fine.) Question 13 should read, "Using the statute you found in Question 4, " (not 6) I am sorry about any confusion this has caused. Please contact me if you have any further questions. Sincerely, Anne Johnson |

Section 3, In class this week we discussed legal periodicals. I mentioned that you may all be interested in reading the Fulton County Daily Report. During our class(literally), Mercer announced that we now have a site license for the online version of the Fulton County Daily Report. http://www.dailyreportonline.com This means that all students can access this legal periodical online without a password. (At present this subscription is only available in the building. It will soon be available on the proxy server. I will give out passwords when it is available. FYI -This subscription usually costs lawyers @ $335 per year.) Let me know if you have any questions regarding the Fulton County Daily Report or this weeks assignment! Anne G. Johnson |
