Rhonda Sadler, 3L, has been named a winner of a Samsung-Stanford Patent Prize for her paper entitled, “The Role of Jury Instructions in Patent Remedy Gatekeeping.” She will receive a cash prize of $5,000 and she will present her paper at a conference discussing patent remedies on Friday, February 18th, 2011 at the Stanford University School of Law. The Samsung-Stanford writing competition was created to encourage research regarding patent remedies. Prizes were awarded to students, academics, lawyers and other professionals.
