When using Firefox, Safari, or another non-Microsoft browser to view your email, you are directed to the "light" version of Outlook Web Access, which lacks a considerable number of features.

Outlook web access works best with Internet Explorer.  Firefox is not technically advanced enough to incorporate all of the features and technologies that Microsoft leverages in their email solution.
